AUTHENTICALLY NEAPOLITAN
We stay true to Neapolitan authenticity by using just four simple ingredients: Caputo '00' flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast.
Our mid-hydration, slow-proved dough is hand-stretched and fired at 450°C in our Gozney ovens.

Thoughtful sourcing drives everything we do. From our San Marzano tomatoes, Italian mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, premium Italian meats, fresh seasonal vegetables - every ingredient matters.

We bring the experience to you. Our restored horsebox or gazebo setup becomes a natural gathering point at your event. From intimate gatherings to 100+ guests across Cheshire and beyond.
